Get rid of excess fat effortlessly, without surgery
Each person has a fixed number of fat cells. Once destroyed, these cells cannot reform. For lasting results, the trick is not to empty or shrink these cells, but eradicate them altogether.
Freeze Fat Cells Away
As a result of groundbreaking technology, surgery is no longer needed to eliminate stubborn love handles. CoolSculpting™ is a non-invasive treatment that is growing in popularity, which uses cryolipolysis to freeze fat cells. The cells then dissipate and are eliminated through the body’s natural pathways in the following months. Around 25% of fat cells are eliminated in a single treatment.
No surgery (non-invasive)
No anesthesia required
No recovery period
Destroys around 25% of fat cells in a single treatment
Technology approved by Health Canada (2013)
Where to Start?
If you are interested in CoolSculpting™, the first step is to make an appointment for a consultation where you can discuss your objectives. A professional will examine your target areas and explain the procedure in detail. Usually, if your goal is to “eliminate fat,” a single treatment should be enough. If you’re looking to sculpt your entire body, you will most likely require two or three treatments. Obviously, this will depend on the number of fat cells you have to begin with. This is why it’s important to talk to a professional to determine what’s best for you.
An applicator is used on the area to be treated, creating suction. The cryolipolysis process begins. The cells reach a certain temperature in order to be crystallized. The session usually lasts 30 to 60 minutes. The procedure is not painful. Patients sometimes feel numb and a certain amount of pain or lack of sensitivity around the affected area post-treatment. Pain medication may be prescribed as needed. The area may also be swollen for several days after treatment, but no more. In addition, it should be noted that cryolipolysis only acts on fat cells and does not affect the epidermis, muscle tissue, organs, or other surrounding cells.
You will need to wait around 1 month before you start to see results and 2 months to see the final result.
